Mavros-15 Thurston Street

This project hits close to home as it is the property belonging to our Director.
Setting a statement with all black (nightsky colourbond) this project is one of our favourites. Featuring custom edge gutter and a low pitch roofing profile called Apmax to cater for the 1 degree pitch roof, as well as Enseam cladding to a large portion of the external walls. Throw in a bunch of custom flashings to give it some sass and 9 velux skylights, and you've got yourself a roofers showcase all in one place.
The job had its hurdles for a relatively easy roof. There was a minor change in the trusses from the original plan, which created a height discrepancy where to separate roofs met. But thanks to some quick thinking from our guys, we used some bigger top hats to create a larger space to make it work. In the end, another successful project that looks as good today, as the day it was installed.
